1 Night Camel ride from Mhamid to Erg Lihoudi Camp, and back

With our trekkings you leave your everyday life behind you. You dive into the fascination and beauty of the desert. You get to know the life of the Berbers and Nomads. Our guides cook for you traditional food and you sleep in small tents or under the thousands of stars.

Day 1 Mhamid - Erg Lihoudi Camp

Late in the afternoon, we pick you up from your hotel/riad to meet your new companions (drommedaries and guides) for a real desert experience. This short camel ride will take 2 hours to Erg Lihoudi camp crossing a distance of 10 km, through small sand dunes with trees and stone desert. Once you get there, tea and nuts are offerd before you climb the sand dunes to experience the sunset of this unique world, with its expanse, solitude, peace, silence and mysterious land. Try the sandboarding. Dinner and music later around fire, spend the night in a fixed camp.
