Day 1 Mhamid - Erg Zahar

This short trip is a search for a new experience.This short trip is a search for a new desert experience and adventure.

Even it is only one night but you will live an unforgettable experience. You will admire this part of the Sahara desert, learn to respect it, walk around and enjoy the vastness of never-ending golden sand dunes. In the evening, immerse yourself under the shining stars with the sound of the desert drums in a mobile desert camp.

The journey begins in the morning driving straight into the true huge Sahara. First, we drive in a 4WD vehicle from the little town of Mhamid along small dunes. After 2 hours driving, we reach the big dunes of Zzahar. Set up our camp, cook your delicious lunch. Later, the rest of the day is yours since the dunes are just at your feet. A beautiful large group of golden dunes stretching to the horizon. Experience a new dimension of tranquility and serenity during the sunset on the high dunes of Erg Zzahar. In the evening, we meet at the camp fire for dinner. Overnight in your small camp/tent. -/L/D

Day 2 Erg Zahar - Mhamid

Enjoy Enjoy the sunrise in the dunes again. Breakfast in the open air, return to Mhamid. We take the same way back driving to Mhamid. Arrival in the morning. B/-/-

Spend the night before in our camp

Before the tour we offer you a night in our little camp. We would pick you up from Mhamid - no matter if you come by car or bus. We drive about 20 minutes off-road to our camp. An original Moroccan tajine will be waiting for you there. A hut with a bed for the night and breakfast. The tour then starts directly from the camp. This costs 30.00 € per person.
